2.3 Use FRP bucket as resin vessel,put water collector into firstly then start lording (when loading resins into vessel, block off opening hole of water collector properly to in case sneak into resins. And timely adjust the position of water collector, in order to install and cover regularly. When using FRP bucket as resin vessel, the opening hole is too small to load in, funneling container can be help.
2.4 Should do a check with rubber sealing rings, water collector and other parts, if there’re any damage that should change at once, or if crevices existed in water collector or serial plate become loose that should do expulsion. When resins have been loaded, fill vessel with high purity water then encapsulate and cover, and connect the pipelines. Before connecting, open the air hole on the top of the tank, fill water into the tank until the air hole full of water and does not generate any air bubble, then close air hole and start collecting water.
3. When resins loaded, should have the resins underwater completely at least 4 hours or keep overnight if possible.
4. Finally check every part and pipeline connect correctly, then open the valve to collect water. The resins which have just reloaded have a process of flushing in the beginning of delivery. In this stage, water resistivity will gradual rises. And depending on different situations, flushing time will continue about scores of minutes or hours.

Besides, dry filling can be used in some small size vessels or inconvenient scene, which is pouring dry resins into vessels until a certain level, then repeat 2-5 steps above.
