1. When replacing the resins, be sure to clean the radiators with pure water and changed the water in the radiators. And use pure water to clean resin barrels, water distributions, water distributors, collectors and other parts. Don’t replace pure water with tap water or mineral water.
2. When loading resins, the high water level in resin vessel is easy to divide resins into layer when the resins down to the bed.
3. Inlet and outlet be wrongly connected which is easy to divide the resins into layer in the case of water backward.
4. When resin vessels laying across or scrolling, which is easy to intensify the resins into layer.
5. We advised the client do exactly as requests of machine tool design, use high precision filter in order to prevent resins over consumption.
